1. About us
New Generation Electrical Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor and MCS Certified Renewable Installer.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our services
We provide domestic and commercial electrical installation, testing and inspection, solar PV and battery storage, EV charging, fire alarm, and security system services across South Wales.
3. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information provided at the time. If additional work is required that was not foreseeable at the time of quotation, we will notify you and agree any additional costs before proceeding.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work and confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Workmanship guarantee
All work is carried out to the standards required by BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and in accordance with Part P of the Building Regulations where applicable.
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for any single claim.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
For consumer contracts, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of New Generation Electrical Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
